We are currently seeking to hire a **Prevention of Occupational Risks (PRL) Administrator** to support the department by assisting with the documentary and administrative management required for the proper execution of preventive activities, based at our **Barcelona** offices. ##### **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Manage and maintain documentation on Corporate Activity Coordination (CAE) platforms. * Monitor and control documentation related to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Provide administrative support in organizing and tracking medical examinations. * Manage the delivery and archiving of PRL-related documentation for Group employees. * Collaborate with the Prevention team on departmental administrative and documentary tasks. ##### **What are we looking for?** * Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) in Administration and Management or equivalent qualification. * Prior experience in Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, or Human Resources departments will be valued. * Proficient use of office software and ease working with document management platforms. * Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented individual. * Valid Class B driving license.
