At Carglass® , we are looking for a Picker for our Distribution Center in Ciempozuelos , ensuring orders are prepared and managed with maximum quality and efficiency. We offer a temporary contract to cover a medical leave. Your Mission Supply materials requested by customers following internal procedures and established standards, contributing to the smooth operation of distribution. Main Responsibilities Prepare orders according to logistics-generated delivery notes. Place incoming materials according to delivery notes. Report incidents (e.g., missing materials, inventory errors) to the warehouse manager. **If you hold a forklift license:** Move cartons between bulk and pick locations. Unload incoming trucks and load outgoing shipments. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. Perform all additional tasks necessary for successful job execution. What We’re Looking For **Education:** Vocational training (FP) or equivalent. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Training in environmental, quality, and occupational health & safety (PRL), or willingness to obtain it. **Minimum Experience:** 6 months in a warehouse setting. **Key Competencies:** Teamwork, results orientation, initiative, flexibility, internal customer focus, self-motivation, and quality execution.
