Your performance will enable you to advance within the company, promoting you to Area or Regional Coordinator within a short period of time. **Responsibilities** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will be responsible for acquiring and managing your client portfolio. * Physical condition assessment and evaluation of individuals undergoing training. * Designing training routines and establishing realistic goals. * Rigorous monitoring of individuals you train, along with nutritional guidance. * Motivating clients to achieve their goals. **Requirements** * Experience in personal training and fitness instruction. * Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to provide dietary advice. * Ability to design and lead circuit training sessions and sports coaching. * Additional aptitudes—such as the ability to motivate clients, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude—will be highly valued.
