One-year temporary contract Individuals are sought to perform cleaning and surface treatment tasks for offices and training centers, including furniture and floors, replenishing supplies when necessary. Experience in a similar position is valued, and it is a requirement to have a recognized disability of 33% or higher, as certified by the competent authority. The contract will be temporary, lasting one year, with a weekly working schedule of ten hours, distributed across two workplaces (six hours at one location and four at the other). This schedule may be extended depending on service requirements. Salary and other conditions will be governed by the Cleaning of Buildings and Premises Collective Agreement applicable in the Gijón (Asturias) area.
