Collaboration in onboarding and training new hires **JOB MISSION** Safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards, execute the packaging area’s production processes, contributing to achieving operational objectives and continuously improving the area. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. **Execution of operational processes within the area**, including: * Product packaging * Emptying and cleaning * Format changeovers * Line inspections * Process controls * Consumption management, declarations, and returns * Rigorous completion of documentation 2\. **Strict adherence to applicable standards and regulations**: * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * HSE standards (Health, Safety, and Environment) * Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Productivity targets 3\. **Active participation in production routines**, such as: * \+QDCI * Shift handover * Continuous improvement projects 4\. **Escalation of asset care-related issues**, reporting deviations, incidents, or risks identified in the area. 5\. **Maintaining order, cleanliness, and optimal condition** of facilities and equipment, applying 5S principles. 6\. **Proactively performing autonomous maintenance**, demonstrating: * Technical knowledge of machines * Ability to perform adjustments * Early detection of problems 7\. **Rigorous adherence to procedures for format changeovers, cleaning, and autonomous maintenance**, ensuring timely and compliant execution with operational autonomy. 8\. **Participation in trainings, operational meetings, and continuous improvement teams**, contributing ideas and best practices. 9\. **Ensuring personal and collective safety**, as well as environmental protection, complying with applicable internal and legal regulations. 10\. **Collaborating in the training of new hires**, conveying technical, operational, and cultural knowledge of the area. 11\. **Responsible for completing assigned training** and maintaining records evidencing full understanding and comprehension. **REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE** * Completion of compulsory education. * Pharmaceutical product packaging process knowledge and experience preferred. * Mechanical/machinery knowledge preferred for performing format changeovers and related adjustments. * Basic SAP knowledge preferred. * Optional: electric forklift license. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Consistent work pace and effective time management. * Proactivity and learning ability. * Availability to work rotating shifts. null
