We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. **Responsibilities:** * Comply with safety and hygiene standards associated with your job position * Package products following instructions, steps, and guidelines specified in the electronic packaging order and in-process controls * Ensure you are trained for all tasks assigned to you * Operate machinery according to approved procedures and after proper training * Clean and clear machinery according to approved procedures and after proper training * Report quality issues first to your team leader, and in their absence, to the area or quality unit manager * Report safety and hygiene issues first to your team leader/facilitator, and in their absence, to the safety and hygiene department * Comply with dress code and hygiene standards associated with your job position * Maintain order and cleanliness in your workplace during your shift; work collaboratively with colleagues * Ensure that corrective actions for significant quality issues are implemented on packaging lines * Actively participate in work teams established to address process improvements on packaging lines **Required Education:** **Industrial Higher Degree related to:** * Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological, and Related Products Manufacturing * Industrial Mechatronics * Industrial Automation and Robotics * Electronic Maintenance * Production Programming * Electrotechnical and Automated Systems **Additional Information:** * Teamwork * Responsibility * Focus on quality, safety, and environmental protection * Attention to order and cleanliness * Flexibility * Attention to detail * Commitment to continuous improvement * Availability to work fixed 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) Monday through Friday, or fixed 12-hour shifts (day shift: 07:00–19:00; night shift: 19:00–07:00) Monday through Sunday, with corresponding weekly rest days as scheduled in the calendar * For 12-hour shifts, an initial training period Monday through Friday may be required Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
