Position Summary: We are seeking an Office Commercial to manage and develop a customer portfolio, providing administrative-commercial support and office-based service in the insurance sector. Occasional support for external visits **Description:** ---------------- We are recruiting an **Office Commercial** for **Acrisure Chaverri Base 5**, located in the city center of **Pamplona**. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Management of the assigned customer portfolio. * Development of that portfolio through retention of existing customers and acquisition of new ones. * Office-based customer service and administrative-commercial support. * Occasional support for external visits (primarily work in Pamplona). * Customer retention tasks and support to the commercial department. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Fixed + variable remuneration. * Working hours: Split shift Monday to Thursday; continuous shift on Fridays (8:00 to 15:00). * August working hours: 8:00 to 15:00. * Excellent location, right in the city center. **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial roles within insurance and claims environments is mandatory. * Technical knowledge of insurance coverage and products. * Experience working with corporate clients is desirable. * Desired competencies: Dynamism, ability to manage high-volume workloads, sense of belonging, and commitment. **REF: 26\-09629**
