Additionally, we offer continuous training, certifications, and an environment where your contribution will be essential to our mission of enterprise digital transformation. ### **Purpose of the Role** At QUBIQ, we carry out end\-to\-end Odoo implementations, and we know that the best projects are led by people who deeply understand both the client’s business and the inner workings of the system. We are seeking an Odoo Implementation Consultant: someone who analyzes business processes, configures modules thoughtfully, resolves day\-to\-day technical issues without escalating everything to development, and supports the client from kick\-off through go\-live. ### **Responsibilities** * Analyze client business processes and translate them into concrete Odoo solutions — including configuration, workflows, and standard modules. * Independently parameterize and configure modules such as sales, purchasing, accounting, inventory, HR, and others. * Address medium\-scope technical requirements: customizing views, automated rules, QWeb reports, field modifications — without systematically relying on the development team. * Identify when a requirement truly demands custom development and accurately articulate the technical specification to the development team. * Conduct trainings, support the client during testing and go\-live phases. * Document solutions, processes, and project agreements clearly and traceably. * Collaborate with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. ### **Required Competencies and Skills** * Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines. What matters is your actual profile, not your degree title. * Prior ERP implementation experience — preferably Odoo, but also SAP, Dynamics, etc. * Ability to understand business processes and model them within the system. * Solid functional knowledge of at least two or three areas: accounting, logistics, sales, HR.
