Job Summary: We are seeking a Nurse to provide care for minor injuries, treat common ailments, and offer health consultations, while preparing monthly reports in a dynamic workplace. The new company possesses a nationwide service infrastructure comprising 283 owned centers, 110 mobile units for health examinations, 23 mobile units for hands-on training, and 15 specialized centers for advanced training. Currently, we have an open vacancy for a NURSE in Guadalajara, to be assigned to one of our major local clients during the vacation period. The responsibilities will be as follows: * Minor Injury Care: Cuts, minor burns, sprains, and other minor incidents that may occur in the workplace. Wound dressings, disinfection, and, if necessary, temporary immobilization will be performed to stabilize the affected area and prevent complications. * Treatment of Common Ailments: Assistance will be provided to employees experiencing headaches, general discomfort, dizziness, or similar symptoms, to assess their condition and deliver initial relief (e.g., supervised rest, hydration, vital sign monitoring), or refer them to medical care if required. * Rapid Health Consultation and Counseling: Employees may request brief consultations for general guidance on basic health care or first aid, thereby promoting self-care practices and enabling prompt resolution of concerns arising in the workplace. * Monthly Reports on Services Provided: Each month, a detailed report documenting the type and frequency of services rendered will be prepared using the management software provided by VÍTALY. This report will include: Service Classification: Grouping of cases handled according to intervention type (e.g., wound dressings, general discomfort, minor incidents, etc.). Relevant Clinical Observations: Recording of any recurring conditions observed among employees or reactions to treatments administered at the center. Follow-up on Referred Cases: For employees referred to external medical care, a general follow-up on their post-referral status will be conducted (always respecting confidentiality) to ensure the intervention provided was appropriate and reduce the likelihood of further incidents at the center.
