**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Monitor \- Cardio Fitness Room \- Sports Complex in Ceuta. **Workplace** -------------------- * Ceuta **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Conduct an initial user assessment to determine their health status and physical fitness level. * Design a personalized training plan tailored to the user's needs and goals, adapted to different profiles. * Provide guidance on sports practice and various training methods. * Provide information on optimal training programs suited to each individual’s circumstances, medical conditions, and age. * Instruct users on the correct technique for using various equipment and machines. * Advise on injury prevention and proper use of gym equipment. * Supervise appropriate use of equipment and ensure user safety. * Provide orientation and advice regarding nutrition and healthy habits. * Motivate and support users throughout their training process. * Promote healthy lifestyles, good habits, regular participation in sports, and proper hydration. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional details from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to validate the stated requirements and/or merits outlined in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * The basic educational requirement is equivalent to first-level vocational training, completion of compulsory secondary education (Graduado Escolar), or a qualification specifically relevant to the role (a qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities); however, if such qualification is not held, it may be substituted by a documented period of professional experience in a position with similar responsibilities. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Documented training in sports nutrition (Such training must be formally evidenced upon application submission and reflected in the CV). * Documented training of at least 2000 hours in Physical Conditioning or Sports (Such training must be formally evidenced upon application submission and reflected in the CV). ### **Prior Experience** * Between 6 months and 3 years of documented experience in physical assessment, training plan design, sports and nutritional counseling, injury prevention, technical instruction, motivation, and/or promotion of healthy habits (Must be formally documented upon application submission). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Documented training and/or demonstrable experience in training program design (Such training must be formally evidenced upon application submission and reflected in the CV). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 4 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Part-time schedule from Monday to Sunday, totaling 15 weekly working hours.
