Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Microcomputer Technician for on-site IT support and maintenance to end users on Microsoft Windows infrastructures. Key Highlights: 1. Indefinite-term contract CISET is selecting candidates for the position of **Field Microcomputer Technician**. **Responsibilities** You will provide on-site (client-site) IT support and maintenance to end users on predominantly Microsoft Windows infrastructures. **Minimum Requirements** * Vocational training qualification (medium-level cycle) in technology-related fields. * Valid driver's license. * Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user IT support, including: + Telephone/presence-based user assistance. + Use of incident management tools. + Use of remote control tools. + Support for Windows and macOS operating systems. + Microsoft Office suite. + Configuration of POP3, IMAP, and Exchange email accounts, and Microsoft 365—both on desktop email clients and mobile devices. + Antivirus installation. + Hardware troubleshooting of computers (e.g., memory, hard drive, power supply replacements). + System deployment from images, including full installation (operating system, base software, corporate software, peripheral configuration, user data migration, and profile setup). + Use of cloning software, backup imaging tools, etc. + Printer system inspection and repair. + Network patching and cabling; installation of switches and Wi-Fi access points. + Diagnosis of issues related to uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of Linux platforms. * Microsoft certifications. * Fundamentals of ITIL. * Cybersecurity knowledge. * English proficiency at B2 level. **Personal Skills** Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, commitment to the company, autonomy, ability to work in a team, and interpersonal relationship skills will be valued. **Employment Conditions** * Indefinite-term contract. * Working hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM with 1-hour break; Fridays: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM. * 26 working days of vacation.
