Job Summary: We are seeking a regional manager to dynamize and retain a portfolio of pharmacies, maximizing the visibility of communication campaigns and developing brands and products. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamize and retain the pharmacy portfolio. 2. Implement communication campaigns and develop brands. 3. Privileged liaison for laboratory communications. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** Your primary mission will be: * Visit a target portfolio of pharmacies every four weeks, according to pharmaceutical and cosmetic laboratories’ lists, to implement their communication campaigns, develop their brands and products, and improve pharmacy sell-out. * Serve as the pharmacist’s privileged liaison for laboratory communications. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: * Merchandising activities: shelf optimization, shelf reorganization, gondola headers, counter displays, theatricalization. * Visibility actions in shop windows. * Cleaning and placement of customized stickers on pharmacy shop windows. * Visibility and promotion operations: theatricalization, gondola headers, shelf optimization, counter displays. * Daily reporting of activities, including qualitative photographs of implemented actions. * Maintenance and development of available locations for partner laboratories’ communications. **Profile:** We seek an authentic regional manager capable of dynamizing and retaining their pharmacy portfolio to maximize the visibility of our clients’ communication activities.
