**What will be your role?**

We are seeking Mechanical Lead Engineers to lead mechanical design and industrialization activities within a high-complexity industrial project. You will play a key technical decision-making role, coordinate engineering teams, and serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
You will act as the technical reference for the mechanical domain, ensuring the quality of developed solutions and guaranteeing consistency across product design, manufacturing, and validation phases.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading design and development activities for complex machinery and mechanical systems.
* Reviewing and validating mechanical design architectures.
* Coordinating technical teams and supporting design engineers.
* Prioritizing and coordinating resolution of technical issues.
* Leading periodic technical reviews and ensuring achievement of project objectives.
* Approving CAD releases and significant engineering changes.
* Ensuring correct integration of complex mechanical subassemblies.
* Guaranteeing application of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
* Performing tolerance analysis and advanced GD\&T application.
* Coordinating product industrialization activities.
* Managing technical relationships with suppliers and collaborating on manufacturing issue resolution.
* Maintaining technical communication with clients and key stakeholders.
* Ensuring technical consistency across design, manufacturing, validation, and production.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives for engineering methodologies and processes.
**Your profile**

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience in industrial machinery design and product development.
* Experience integrating complex mechanical subassemblies.
* Advanced knowledge of GD\&T and tolerance analysis.
* Experience applying DFM and DFA methodologies.
* Knowledge of industrialization and manufacturing processes.
* Experience managing and resolving technical issues.
* Experience coordinating engineering teams and providing technical leadership.
* Proficiency with 3D CAD tools and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments.
* Experience in technical supplier management.
* English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
* Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
Desirable:
* Experience in high-technology-complexity industrial projects.
* Knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes.
* Experience in product validation and ramp-up to production.
* Certifications related to project management or technical leadership.
* Experience in international and multidisciplinary environments.
