**Mechanical Engineer \| Molina de Segura** At **Grúas Sáez S.L**, a Spanish-origin multinational company and an international reference in the design and manufacturing of tower cranes, self-erecting cranes, and formwork systems for construction, we are seeking a **Mechanical Engineer** to join our factory team in Molina de Segura. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets. * Coordinate shop-floor operations with production supervisors, resolve incidents, and provide technical support to manufacturing processes. * Design and develop fixtures, components, and product improvements using Autodesk Inventor Professional. * Manage material requirements and coordinate procurement with the purchasing department. * Prepare technical documentation, fabrication drawings, and production instructions. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and in the development of new products related to tower cranes and metal structures. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of metal fabrication processes. * Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor Professional and AutoCAD. * Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Organized, solution-oriented, and proactive individual. **Benefits** -------------- * Stable position with an indefinite-term contract. * Reduced working hours on Fridays. * Integration into an internationally leading company in the sector. * Positive work environment and professional development opportunities. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and value contributed
