We offer you a positive and collaborative work environment, where you can develop your skills and reach your full potential. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the maintenance, repair, and proper operation of machinery in GAM's own workshop, contributing to equipment availability and efficiency to meet customer needs. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES** **1\. PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE** Ensure machinery reliability, availability, and optimal performance through scheduled preventive maintenance activities and efficient resolution of mechanical and electrical corrective failures. Inspect and perform regular maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Diagnose and resolve issues through testing and evaluation. Perform repairs and adjustments using specialized tools. Identify potential problems before they escalate into significant failures. **2\. TESTING AND VERIFICATION** Conduct operational tests after repairs to ensure proper machinery performance. Verify and adjust systems according to manufacturer specifications. **3\. RECORD KEEPING AND DOCUMENTATION** Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed. Document identified issues, applied solutions, and parts used via SAT Mobile. **4\. COLLABORATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS** Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate equipment transportation to and from the workshop. Provide technical advice to sales staff and customers as needed. **5\. RISK PREVENTION AND ENVIRONMENT** Ensure facility order and cleanliness. Conduct regular inspections of tools and work equipment to guarantee their safety and proper functioning. Actively participate in occupational safety training programs and correctly use personal protective equipment.
