Job Summary: This role focuses on ensuring optimal machinery performance through preventive and corrective maintenance, rigorous testing, precise documentation, and interdepartmental collaboration, all while adhering to safety and environmental standards. PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE** Ensure machinery reliability, availability, and optimal performance through scheduled preventive maintenance activities and efficient resolution of mechanical and electrical corrective failures. Inspect and perform regular maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Diagnose and resolve issues through testing and evaluation. Carry out repairs and adjustments using specialized tools. Identify potential problems before they escalate into significant failures. **2\. TESTING AND VERIFICATION** Conduct operational tests after repairs to ensure proper machinery performance. Verify and adjust systems according to manufacturer specifications. **3\. RECORD KEEPING AND DOCUMENTATION** Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed. Document identified issues, applied solutions, and parts used via SAT Mobile. **4\. INTERDEPARTMENTAL COLLABORATION** Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate equipment transportation to and from the workshop. Provide technical advice to sales staff and customers as required. **5\. RISK PREVENTION AND ENVIRONMENT** Maintain facility order and cleanliness. Conduct regular inspections of tools and work equipment to ensure their safety and proper functioning. Actively participate in occupational safety training programs and properly use personal protective equipment.
