Description

Materials engineer with disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%. Educational level: Materials engineer or mechanical engineer. Work experience in the position: 24 months. Languages: English C1. Employment type: Permanent employment contract. Working hours: Shifts M/T/N. Salary: €2142 gross per month. Qualify and validate molds/tools for the production of plastic components. Prepare and coordinate initial sample inspection reports together with internal inspection teams or external service providers. Manage technical changes and deviations within a regulated environment. Perform technical evaluations and process error and deviation reports. Support technology transfer from development to mass production. Create and update 2D and 3D drawings of plastic components. Lead technical projects for injection-molded parts, including specifications, mold approval, sampling, series launch, and capacity planning in collaboration with international suppliers. * 24 months of experience. At least two years of experience in mold/tool qualification, validation, and release processes. Solid knowledge of plastic processing and mold technology. One year of experience in injection molding of microfluidic components. One year of experience in change management within regulated environments (e.g., GMP, pharmaceutical or chemical industry). One year of experience in industrialization and mass production of integrated packaging, as well as proficiency in standard CAD software. * English (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: English C1 level, both spoken and written, with willingness to travel internationally, primarily to Europe and North America.
