As a MANAGER, you will be responsible for: * Leading your store to ensure the Company’s commercial strategy is implemented to achieve set sales, profitability, and service objectives, while leading a motivated and dynamic team. To achieve this: * You will ensure and monitor compliance with the commercial policy (product launches, promotions, events, theatricalization thereof, and product range availability). * You will analyze and track store performance against established targets, proposing necessary action plans to correct deviations. * You will respond to customer suggestions and complaints, conducting continuous follow-up using established tools and indicators. * You will act as the Team Motivator, ensuring a positive atmosphere within the store, encouraging individual team members’ opinions and initiative, and guaranteeing regular and effective communication across departments.
