**Description:** ---------------- At Relaxia Resorts, the tourism division of Grupo Pérez Moreno, we are looking to incorporate a **Maître** into the team at Relaxia Lanzaplaya\*\*\*. The hotel is located in Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote). Responsibilities: * Support the F&B Management in the administration and execution of administrative tasks. * Coordinate work schedules, shifts, and vacation planning for the team. * Manage procurement and control of materials required for daily operations. * Manage purchases effectively and comply with established procedures. * Organize, supervise, and carry out inventory tasks within the area. * Plan and inspect the proper preparation of the dining room. * Supervise and coordinate team tasks (10\-12 people), ensuring an efficient working environment. * Evaluate team performance and correct deviations or operational incidents. * Actively participate in dining room service, ensuring hotel quality and standards.
