




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maître to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate the hotel's food and beverage service, ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the organization and allocation of front-of-house staff. 2. Supervise the preparation of restaurants, banquet halls, and events. 3. Coordinate service between kitchen and front-of-house, and manage incidents. A hospitality-sector company requires a Maître for one of its hotels in Tarifa (Cádiz). Your mission will be to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate the hotel's food and beverage service, ensuring excellent customer service, compliance with the establishment's quality standards, and departmental profitability. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Organize and allocate front-of-house staff workloads. * Supervise the setup and preparation of restaurants, banquet halls, and events. * Receive and attend VIP guests and manage reservations. * Coordinate service between kitchen and front-of-house. * Resolve incidents and complaints. * Monitor inventories of tableware, glassware, and service supplies. * Prepare staff schedules and shifts. * Participate in team recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. * Supervise compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Control departmental costs and productivity. * Collaborate in organizing banquets, events, and special services. Minimum Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years' experience as Maître or Assistant Maître in vacation-oriented hotel establishments. \- Team management and conflict resolution skills. \- Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel. \- Advanced English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
