Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile professional for the maintenance of thermal, electrical, and security systems. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a maintenance professional with vocational training (Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle) in Electricity, HVAC, Refrigeration, or Plumbing, depending on the service activity. A certification for working at heights, operation of elevated platforms, RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en Edificios), and training in high-voltage and low-voltage systems are required. Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), quality, environmental management, and Building Management Systems (BMS) is valued. Responsibilities include maintenance of thermal installations (diesel oil, gas, boilers, power distribution panels, autonomous equipment), hot water storage tanks, electronic systems, and mechanical door-opening systems. Electrical maintenance covers the scope from the transformer substation to the low-voltage panel, fire suppression systems, scanners, arc detectors, and water treatment units (cleaning, sludge centrifugation, and minor repairs). Professional certification for thermal installations (RITE), low-voltage qualification, and at least five years of experience are required. A versatile profile is sought. Full-time position offered, with morning shift (7:00\-15:00\) or afternoon shift (13:00\-21:00\), and temporary contract.
