Job Summary: We are seeking a packaging operator for the food industry, responsible for operating machinery, production control, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality control and food safety In La Selva del Camp, we are looking for a person to work as a packaging operator within the food industry. Main responsibilities will include ensuring proper operation of packaging machines and maintaining strict control over production parameters. Your duties will involve checking and managing capping, weight, and process temperature, as well as supervising pasteurization treatments. You will perform equipment cleaning and sampling, manage supply of packaging materials and caps, and monitor consumptions and losses. This position requires machine adjustments, including handling of coders and X-ray systems, and performing quality and food safety checks at the start of each shift and production run. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with 40 working hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, and working hours from 07:00 to 22:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * We seek a proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage.
