Operational management and supervision of a logistics warehouse constitute the core responsibility of this position, aimed at ensuring efficiency in goods flow and compliance with established standards. Responsibilities include daily organization of team tasks, supervision of order picking, and coordination of material receipt and dispatch. The professional must ensure that goods placement—whether in refrigerated or ambient-temperature zones—follows defined procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory. Daily activities involve using tools such as radio-frequency scanners for picking and manual pallet trucks for load handling. Active collaboration in operational tasks is required to foster a collaborative and solution-oriented work environment. Additionally, maintaining general facility order and cleanliness contributes to a safe and organized workplace, complying with hygiene regulations and occupational risk prevention standards. The ideal candidate is organized, possesses leadership capability to manage teams, and adopts a practical approach to resolving everyday logistical challenges. Prior experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with fundamental storage and distribution processes are valued. The objective is to optimize operations, enhancing productivity and service quality. The contract is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, plus one Saturday per month in the morning. The annual gross salary is €22.185,24.
