Overview: **Linux and LAN Communications Systems Administrator (Onsite in Valencia)** We are seeking a **Linux and LAN Communications Systems Administrator** to join a high-criticality technology project within the systems and networking domain. You will be part of a specialized team, participating in the administration and maintenance of infrastructures requiring high standards of availability, security, and performance. This position is fully **onsite in Valencia**, within a stable technological environment offering professional growth opportunities. **Your Responsibilities** ------------- * Administer and maintain **Linux/Unix operating systems in production environments.** * Participate in the management and monitoring of infrastructures based on **x86 architectures.** * Manage and provide support for **data communications and LAN networks.** * Collaborate on maintenance tasks, incident resolution, and system optimization. * Provide specialized technical support and advisory services regarding the technological infrastructure. * Participate in continuous improvement of operational environments and procedures. * Perform on-call telephone duty after acquiring the necessary knowledge of the environment. **What Will Make You Succeed** --------------------------- * **At least 2 years of experience** in systems administration. * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent. * Experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems. * Knowledge of LAN communication networks. * Experience with **x86 architectures.** * Knowledge of **Red Hat.** * Knowledge of **Cisco technologies.** * English proficiency level **B2 or higher.** * Advanced Spanish proficiency. **Nice-to-Have** ------------- * Experience in high-availability environments. * Analytical skills and ability to resolve complex incidents. * Availability for occasional domestic travel. * Experience working in critical and highly secured environments. **What We Offer** ----------------- A stable project within a highly specialized technological environment. **100% onsite work.** Versatile Growth: Learn new languages and earn technical certifications through our Expleo Academy.
