This includes: **High\-Performance Housekeeping and Cleaning:** Carry out daily and deep cleaning and tidying of fully equipped studios and Penthouse, in accordance with the rigorous standards of luxury service. **Amenities and Design Management:** Ensure the flawless replenishment and alignment of all amenities, guaranteeing that the design and décor of the space are presented at their finest. **Linen and Laundry Care:** Oversee the management, selection, washing, and ironing of guests’ clothing and linens to the highest standard. **Preventive Maintenance:** Proactively monitor and report any repair needs or equipment, furniture, or facility malfunctions in order to maintain luxury\-level condition. **Appliance Maintenance and Cleaning:** Maintain and clean the appliances in guest rooms as well as in the laundry area, ensuring maximum durability and an outstanding guest experience. **Cleaning and Care of Common Areas:** Maintain and clean shared spaces such as Tienda, Gym, wellness area, dressing rooms, offices among others. **What We Are Looking For in You:** * **Proven Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning and maintenance of high\-level environments (luxury hotels, private residences, or historic buildings). * **Obsession with Detail:** The capacity to work with an extremely high level of demanding precision. * **Reliability and Discretion:** Given the exclusivity of the residences, absolute confidentiality and impeccable work ethic are required. * **Proactivity and Organisation:** Autonomy to organise daily work and manage cleaning material *stock*. * **Communication Skills:** Competence to report maintenance issues clearly and promptly to the management team.
