Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well\-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive. **The Role** We are seeking a **Lead AI Engineer** to participate in a strategic public sector project, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions in mission-critical environments. The selected candidate will work on implementing solutions based on Generative AI, RAG architectures, and intelligent agents, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to accelerate the adoption of automation and operational intelligence capabilities. **Fully on-site work at offices located in central Madrid (Embajadores area).** **Working hours: 08:00–15:00.** **Responsibilities:** * Develop end\-to\-end Artificial Intelligence solutions from functional documentation, technical designs, and defined specifications. * Implement components based on agentic architectures, ensuring their integration into production environments. * Participate in the definition and implementation of scalable AI architectures, including vector databases and prompting workflows. * Design and implement LLMOps pipelines to ensure reliable and maintainable deployments. * Collaborate on technical estimation of AI initiatives, considering aspects such as execution costs, performance, and scalability. * Design and implement AIOps and intelligent agent solutions applied to operational environments. * Integrate AI solutions with ITSM/BMC platforms, CMDBs, and observability tools. **Who You Are** **Required:** * Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence projects. * Experience in: + Designing AIOps and intelligent agent architectures. + Implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions. + Integrating with ITSM/BMC systems, CMDBs, and observability tools. + Defining data pipelines for impact analysis and simulations. * Experience as a Software Engineer in complex projects. * Solid development knowledge in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, or .NET. * Experience working with XML, JSON, and REST services. * Knowledge of microservice architectures, containers (Docker and Kubernetes), and messaging systems. **Desirable:** * University degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline. * Certification in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. * Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices. **Being You** The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
