




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Labor Technician to provide comprehensive labor management services for companies, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering professional advisory support. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive labor management of companies, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality, professional advisory services to our clients. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation and management of payroll, social security (RED System), and employment contracts. * Registration, deregistration, and modifications in Social Security. * Processing of temporary disability claims, ERTEs (Temporary Employment Regulation Files), final settlements, and dismissals. * Preparation and filing of labor-related tax forms (e.g., Forms 111, 190, etc.). * Direct labor advisory services to clients. * Coordination with other departments (tax, accounting, and legal). **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting firms or professional practices. * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations. * Proficiency in labor management software (e.g., Sage, A3Nom, NominaPlus, etc.). * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and client-oriented mindset. **WE OFFER** * Full-time position. * Intensive working schedule, with one rotating afternoon per week. * Professional, collaborative work environment with strong prospects for development.
