Our expertise covers tax, labor, legal advisory, and business management. We seek to incorporate a **Labor Technical Advisor** into our team to comprehensively manage a client portfolio and deliver high-quality, approachable, and efficient labor advisory services. This is a highly autonomous position, where you will play a key role in client relationships and in the continuous improvement of internal processes. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Comprehensive labor management of clients (payroll, contracts, and advisory). * Ongoing advisory support to clients and resolution of labor-related queries. * Identification of client needs and proposal of tailored solutions. * Autonomous organization and planning of work, reporting to management. * Proposal of improvements for process automation and optimization. * Preparation of legal studies and handling of administrative procedures. **Preferred Qualifications** --------------- * 5–10 years of experience in labor advisory services. * Proficiency with labor management tools (e.g., SUASOR). * English language proficiency. **Offered** ------------- * Permanent full-time employment contract. * Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM * Salary negotiable based on experience. * Immediate start. * Career plan and professional development within a growing company.
