**Job Description** At Casa Carmen, we are seeking a **kitchen assistant** to strengthen our team during the season. The selected candidate will participate in preparatory tasks, support service operations, and maintain organization of the work area. You will become part of a dynamic hospitality environment, collaborating closely with both kitchen and front-of-house staff while ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. **Responsibilities** * Assist in ingredient preparation and daily mise en place. * Support setup, service, and cleanup of the assigned station. * Maintain cleanliness and order following safety and hygiene procedures (HACCP). * Coordinate with the team during peak periods to ensure smooth service delivery. * Provide appropriate customer service in accordance with establishment standards. **Requirements** * Prior kitchen experience or strong interest in learning within the sector (positively valued). * Responsible attitude, ability to work effectively in a team, and punctuality. * Basic knowledge of Spanish; additional languages considered an advantage. **Conditions** * Temporary seasonal contract. * Uniform and staff meals provided according to internal policy.
