CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS requires Kitchen Assistants to work in our hotels located in central Barcelona. MAIN TASKS: \- Collaborate with the kitchen team in raw material receipt, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. \- Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. \- Perform periodic cleaning tasks as outlined in the established cleaning plan. \- Handle food in compliance with current regulations. \- Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues immediately. \- Collaborate in menu and menu card execution. \- Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of provided products. ### **Requirements** \- Prior experience as a cook. \- Proactivity and dynamism. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results orientation. ### **Offer** \- 40-hour weekly contract. \- Competitive salary. \- Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.
