As a Construction Site Manager (Building Projects), you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects in Gran Canaria. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution. \*\*\*Responsibilities\*\*\*\* Coordinate and supervise all stages of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Manage and lead the on-site workforce team, ensuring adherence to schedules and work quality standards. Collaborate with design and architecture teams to guarantee accurate interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. Conduct continuous progress monitoring of construction works, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations arising during the process. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Coordinate procurement and management of suppliers and subcontractors.
