We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at a restaurant. **Responsibilities:** \- Lead and organize the overall kitchen operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability. \- Stock control, recipe costing, ordering, and supplier relations. \- Supervise, prepare, and cook meats, fish, and vegetables on charcoal grills, ensuring desired doneness and maximum quality. \- Prepare and cook Traditional Spanish Cuisine. \- High-volume customer service. \- Propose orders for goods and raw materials, and manage their storage, preservation, and yield. \- Compliance with food safety regulations. \- Team training. \- Schedule organization, vacation planning, and staffing planning. \- Maintain the kitchen in perfect cleanliness and order. \- Adhere to technical sheets and recipes. \- Achieve the monthly Food Cost target. **Requirements:** \- In-depth knowledge of Spanish cuisine and grilling techniques. \- Proven experience as Head Chef, **minimum 5 years**. \- Experience leading kitchen teams. \- Proficiency in kitchen management tools and operating systems. **What We Offer?** \- Permanent contract, with a competitive fixed salary and/or variable compensation. \- Full-time position. \- Opportunity to join a young, dynamic, and multicultural team. \- Continuous training and professional development.
