WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? You will report directly to the Warehouse Director and become a member of the Management Committee. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving your sector’s business results by leading and motivating your team, while fulfilling our commitments to customers regarding pricing, stock availability, and purchasing efficiency. YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PIECE OF OUR TEAM! Your responsibilities will include: Selecting, developing, motivating, and leading your team members in alignment with company values. Ensuring safety and health conditions for your team and serving as a role model in complying with applicable legal regulations. Adapting, planning, and executing commercial actions according to both corporate and warehouse commercial policies, applying and adjusting implementation logic for sector product families. Driving sales performance, customer welcome and service delivery by your team, and monitoring competitor activity.
