We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to join an international construction company currently experiencing growth and developing new projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site assembly work execution, ensuring compliance with scheduling, quality and safety standards, and allocated resources. We prefer professionals residing in Madrid and its surroundings, Aragón, Navarra, or the Valencian Community. Responsibilities \* Manage and coordinate in-house personnel and subcontracted teams present on site. \* Monitor project timelines, costs, and assigned human and technical resources. \* Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations, safety, and health requirements. \* Supervise established quality standards during execution. \* Control supply, receipt, and proper management of prefabricated elements on site. \* Identify and resolve technical issues arising during assembly. \* Maintain continuous communication with Site Management, Safety Coordination, and the client. \* Prepare progress reports and necessary documentation for project tracking. ### **Requirements** \* Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Technical Architecture, or equivalent technical qualification. \* Occupational Risk Prevention training of at least 60 hours. \* Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction project management and execution. \* Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documentation. \* Knowledge of assembly and anchoring techniques for prefabricated structures. \* Familiarity with applicable technical, quality, and safety regulations on site. \* Experience coordinating in-house and/or subcontracted teams. \* Willingness to travel frequently depending on project locations. \* Valid Class B driver’s license. \* English proficiency is valued We seek an organized and planning-oriented individual with team management skills, incident resolution capability, decision-making ability, commitment to achieving site objectives, and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various project stakeholders. ### **Offer** \* Permanent full-time contract. \* Salary commensurate with experience and professional background. \* Company vehicle. \* Per diems and coverage of travel expenses. \* Involvement in projects related to industrialized construction. \* Continuous training and professional development opportunities within the company.
