The selected candidate will collaborate on system administration, implementation of new technological solutions, equipment maintenance, and technical support for both internal users and clients as required. Responsibilities and Duties * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, peripherals, and communication devices. * Administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Management, updating, and support of corporate applications and software. * Monitoring and maintenance of the company’s technological infrastructure. * Configuration and maintenance of local networks, switches, routers, and access points. * Monitoring and analysis of system and communication performance. * Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software IT incidents. * Backup management and implementation of basic cybersecurity measures. * Participation in technological improvement, automation, and digitalization projects. * Preparation and updating of technical documentation. * Technical support for internal users and collaboration in resolving client incidents. Requirements * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Network Systems Administration (ASIR), Multiplatform Application Development (DAM), Web Application Development (DAW), Telecommunications and Informatics Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to IT systems, equipment administration, or technical support. * Valid Class B driver’s license. Technical Knowledge * Administration of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Hardware and software installation and maintenance. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, switching, routing, and WiFi. * System monitoring and management tools. * Backup management and cybersecurity. * Knowledge of virtualization and network services. * Valuable experience with Artificial Intelligence, automation, Big Data, or data analysis tools. * Intermediate level of English.
