Job Summary: We are seeking an IT technician for the IT department in Ferreries, responsible for installation, maintenance, and technical support of hardware, software, and systems. Opportunity to work with diverse technologies JAIME MASCARÓ, S.A. requires an IT technician for its IT department, located at our headquarters in Ferreries. Responsibilities: \- Install and configure the technology to be used in the company, i.e., equipment, operating systems, programs, and applications. \- Perform periodic system maintenance. \- Provide assistance to employees or customers regarding technology. \- Identify and resolve system and application failures. \- Diagnose malfunctions of hardware and software. \- Request new parts when inventory is insufficient. \- Prepare reports on the status of company equipment and systems. \- Implement and guide various teams in deploying new applications or operating systems. \- Learn about new applications or operating systems. \- Test and evaluate new applications prior to implementation in systems. \- Configure user profiles, email accounts, and access permissions for new hires, as well as provide assistance related to passwords. \- Conduct security reviews across all systems. Requirements: \- Proficiency in Office 365. \- Knowledge of computer and peripheral maintenance. \- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 2012 Server, and Windows 2016 Server). \- SQL Server and Oracle databases. \- Web and backend programming. \- Virtualization (Hyper\-V and VMware). \- Local networks and Wi\-Fi. \- SAP ERP knowledge is a plus. \- University degree or higher/intermediate vocational training.
