IT Systems Administrator

**Description:** ---------------- At Helphone, we grow together! We are looking to hire an IT Systems Administrator with a high degree of autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, and initiative in making technical decisions. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management, maintenance, and support of medium-to-large-scale technology infrastructures in an on-site environment. The expected start date is mid-September. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Virtualization: Full management, maintenance, and incident resolution in VMware vSphere or Citrix XenServer environments (virtual network configuration, datastores, permissions, and virtual machine lifecycle administration) * Storage and Backup: Administration of backup solutions (Veeam Backup or Commvault), ensuring task tracking and retention policy compliance. Management of SAN / Fibre Channel storage environments (LUN creation, presentation, and administration, as well as SAN switch zoning) * Networking and Security: Administration of Aruba networking equipment (VLAN management, port assignment/configuration, and connectivity diagnostics). Perimeter security management with Fortinet (FortiGate): traffic policy definition, firewall rules, and VPN/user access control * Systems and Servers: Administration of Windows Server & Active Directory infrastructure (server deployment, objects, GPOs, and users). Basic maintenance of Linux environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, Debian) * Databases and Cloud: Support for database administration (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server).
