Your daily work will revolve around **team collaboration and project management**, using organizational tools (e.g., Jira) to coordinate the following responsibilities: * Ensuring daily operational continuity, preventive maintenance, and incident resolution in high-availability environments. * Implementing server improvements and supporting business continuity. ### **What are we looking for in you?** **Minimum Requirements (Must):** * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Computer Science or equivalent university degree. * **Systems:** Solid experience administering **Windows and Linux** environments. * **VMware:** The core of our infrastructure; proficiency with this technology is essential. * **Technical English:** Ability to understand documentation and interact with international support teams. * **Soft Skills:** Innate curiosity, commitment, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset. **Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points):** * Advanced knowledge of **Cloud** (Azure or Google Cloud) and **Networking**. * *(Official certifications matter less to us than your hands-on experience and genuine desire to contribute.)* ### **Why join OCA Global?** * **Technical Ownership:** Here, you’re not an external consultant—you’re part of the internal team.
