Lead the IT project portfolio for the Directorate, ensuring definition, planning, execution, and quality of all technological solutions within the area. Coordinate teams, resources, and budgets to deliver high-value functionalities aligned with the company’s digital strategy, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key responsibilities: Manage and prioritize IT projects, ensuring their proper execution and alignment with business needs. Define the annual and multi-year roadmap, ensuring cost, resource, and value-added visibility. Oversee project dossiers and present them to demand management committees. Ensure deliverable quality by coordinating architecture, development, and testing to achieve incident-free deployments. Monitor timelines and budgets, including allocation of internal and external costs. Coordinate IT committees and meetings with users, ensuring clear communication and comprehensive documentation. Participate in crisis management, driving corrective actions and organizational improvements. Manage cross-functional communication among directorates, collaborators, and third parties. Lead and develop the team, identifying potential and promoting continuous training. We would love to meet you if you have: A university degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of experience managing IT projects. Advanced English (French is a plus). Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and coordinating with technical and business areas.
