DESCRIPTION ### **What we are looking for…** A Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience, leading and coordinating technology projects (Backend, Frontend, and QA), capable of guiding and motivating project teams, and building trustful relationships with client partners. We are looking for a demanding individual driven by delivering high-quality results and creating a positive, challenging work environment. ### **Specifically, your responsibilities will include:** * Being responsible for the cross-functional execution of the project. * Monitoring activities, reporting, gathering requirements from clients for new projects, and ensuring successful delivery. * Planning and tracking all necessary phases and tasks to meet project needs on time and effectively. * Managing the functional and technical scope of projects. * Coordinating technical project teams and fostering a positive, high-performance work environment that delivers excellent experiences. * Conducting progress and profitability analysis. * Maintaining frequent and direct communication with clients, becoming their trusted *partner*. * Playing an active role in developing Garaje’s technology business by identifying commercial opportunities within client accounts and participating in the creation of commercial proposals. ### **For this, we need you to have experience in…** * Managing technology projects involving Backend, Frontend, QA, and DevOps roles. * Remotely managing projects and distributed teams. * Software development. Although this won’t be your role, it's essential that you’ve previously worked on software development projects—we want you to speak the language of technology. * Managing projects using agile methodologies (primarily Scrum).
