At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are launching the new edition of our 2026 Internship Program, aimed at enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and contribute to our purpose: improving the lives of present and future generations. Regulatory Affairs is a key department within the Medicine area, responsible for defining and ensuring a robust regulatory strategy for our pharmaceutical products, guaranteeing their approval, continued market presence, and regulatory compliance throughout their entire lifecycle. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment for medicines and participate in the implementation of regulatory strategies. You will collaborate on projects such as preparing documentation for regulatory processes, tracking requirements from health authorities, and analyzing the competitive landscape using internal tools. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Through mentorship by department specialists, you will consolidate technical knowledge and develop competencies such as analytical ability, organizational skills, and methodological rigor—qualities demanded by the pharmaceutical industry for future integration into Registration departments. * You will learn about the registration process for new medicines, as well as procedures for maintaining up-to-date registration dossiers, including submission to health authorities and monitoring variations, updates to technical specifications and package leaflets, etc. * You will assist in managing applications specific to AEMPS (Spanish Agency of Medicines and Health Products). * You will support department specialists in monitoring and analyzing the competitive landscape from a regulatory perspective. * You will participate in internal meetings for preparation and follow-up of activities. **What type of candidate are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field; Master’s student in the Pharmaceutical Industry. * **Competencies:** Strong teamwork ability, initiative, and attention to detail. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced filters) and basic knowledge of Power BI are desirable. * **Language:** Advanced English (spoken and written). * **Availability:** Start date of September 18, 2026, with the possibility of completing a 12-month internship agreement. **What do we offer?** Here are some examples of how we’ll support you: * Paid internships (€1,000/month – 40 hours/week). * A mentor to guide your learning journey. * An intern community offering activities to foster your development. * Campus in Sant Cugat del Vallès: outdoor spaces, smartworking, cafeteria, transportation service (shuttle from FGC station). * Flexible working hours. * Continuous training: languages, soft-skills e-learning platform, LinkedIn Learning, and more. * Access to Wellhub.
