Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus. * **Required competencies/skills**: Commitment, communication, attention to order and quality, teamwork, initiative, perseverance, achievement orientation, and willingness to learn. Discretion and confidentiality are mandatory. **What will you do during this internship?** --------------------------------- * Participate in data analysis related to the Organization and Compensation areas, supporting internal and external reporting. * Collaborate in defining Mapfre’s organizational structure and participate in workforce analysis, with particular emphasis on professional development trajectories—using metrics, historical data, and analytical models. * Support workforce optimization projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate structural agility. * Provide support in using global personnel management tools, as required. * Collaborate in designing, implementing, and monitoring the global compensation policy, and track trends and regulatory changes in compensation-related matters. **Data Protection** ----------------------- We are diverse—and uniquely so!
