We manage a wide range of liquid and gaseous bulk commodities — including refined products, chemicals, and biofuels — and develop projects linked to new energies and the energy transition, actively contributing to societal progress. **Main Responsibilities:** Processing and analyzing global insurance claims, coordinating such activities with affected company departments, loss adjusters, brokers, and insurance companies. Recovery management. **Supporting the Group’s Corporate Program:** preparing presentations, reinsurance documentation, policies, certificates, and receipts. Coordinating inspection visits at company facilities worldwide, as well as managing all necessary actions before and after each visit, and issuing the final report by the engineer. Monitoring the overall Insurance Budget, as well as the Claims and Recoveries Budget. Preparing periodic reports on the Group’s claims experience. Administrative management and support for all insurance-related IT tools. Processing insurance department invoices. Monitoring invoice payments globally. Supporting implementation and rollout of the new Integrated Insurance Management software application. Assisting with risk subscription processes for the Group through its captive reinsurer: claims handling (payments and recoveries), reviewing and managing reinsurance documentation (fronting and retrocession), monitoring premium flows. **General operations of the captive reinsurer:** overseeing daily operations, financial statements, etc. Drafting and reviewing insurance clauses in Group contracts. Supporting management and coordination of broker and insurer tenders. This is a paid internship, with working hours from 09:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday.
