INDUSTRIAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Special Employment Center (SEC) located in Vallès Oriental seeks an Industrial Services Supervisor to join its technical and support team. We are looking for a professional with a social vocation and experience managing adapted teams, who wishes to actively contribute to the socio-labor integration of people with functional diversity or in situations of vulnerability. Technical responsibilities: • Supervise and organize assigned personnel. • Provide support and act as a reference person for the work team members. • Perform specialized warehouse and/or industrial handling tasks. • Identify maintenance needs and propose improvements. • Carry out small-scale material transport to other locations. • Work at clients' homes when necessary (on-site assignments). • Inform, train, and raise awareness among assigned personnel regarding Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP). Social and accompaniment responsibilities: • Accompany and support workers in the team, adapting tasks and pace according to their capacities. • Promote learning, autonomy, and development of occupational competencies. • Identify team operational, relational, or personal difficulties and establish mechanisms to address them. • Act as a close reference figure, fostering a positive working environment and teamwork. • Collaborate with the technical and social team in monitoring workers. * Social integration * Competencies / knowledge: • Competencies / knowledge: Effective communication, teamwork, empathy and social sensitivity, organizational and planning skills, problem-solving and conflict management. Specific training and/or experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, mental health disorders, or at risk of social exclusion will be valued.
