A position is available in Campo de Criptana (Ciudad Real) for an industrial plant operator. Main responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, monitoring and controlling parameters, maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas, identifying and resolving incidents to ensure plant efficiency, as well as strictly complying with safety regulations. A valid driving license category B is required, immediate availability to start, basic knowledge of mechanics or electricity, proven prior experience in industrial plants or complex industrial environments, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a team. Proximity of residence to the workplace is also valued. Employment conditions include a permanent full-time contract with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, night). The gross annual salary is €18\.122,65, adjustable according to the applicable collective agreement and the candidate's experience.
