We are seeking a candidate who combines industrial maintenance expertise with IT support skills for a production plant in Polinyà. The primary mission is to ensure uninterrupted operation of machinery and IT systems. This involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as flow-wrapping machines, strapping machines, sealing machines, and packaging lines. Technical incidents of mechanical, electrical, and IT nature will also be resolved, and support will be provided for traceability printers and production systems. Additionally, the role includes participating in the assembly and disassembly of production lines according to production needs, creating robot formats, and contributing to 3D printing projects. A technical qualification in industrial maintenance, electronics, or IT is required, along with at least one year of experience in production environments. Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networks is necessary, as well as the ability to work autonomously to resolve incidents. A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement are highly valued. This position offers a temporary contract through a temporary employment agency, with potential transition to direct employment with the company at a later stage. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, including a break. The annual gross salary is €21.840, paid in 14 installments of €1,560 gross per month. The role is dynamic, combining maintenance and IT responsibilities, offering autonomy and continuous learning in emerging technologies and automation. Technical training in industrial maintenance or electronics, experience in basic IT support and production environment maintenance, knowledge of hardware and software, ability to work autonomously, proactive attitude, and orientation toward continuous improvement.
