If so, keep reading and discover how you can become part of this exciting mission. **What will your contribution be to the Blue Banana team?** As an **Import and Export Coordinator** at Blue Banana Brand, you will be the key player in executing the company’s imports and exports. You will coordinate international operations, maintain contact with B2B clients, freight forwarders, and the central warehouse, and ensure logistical processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with budget constraints. You will provide full support for customs management, documentation, and system maintenance, and participate in implementing special projects within logistics and operations. Your contribution at Blue Banana Brand will be exceptional if you perform the following responsibilities: * Prepare reports, track KPIs, OKRs, and departmental reporting. * Create B2B orders in our ERP. * Manage operational coordination with the warehouse for both incoming goods and outgoing export shipments. * Monthly forecast of incoming and outgoing goods. * Manage all customs and operational logistics documentation. * Cost control and management. * Liaise with transport agencies and the warehouse. * Manage international shipments, sample shipments, and administrative shipments. * Manage imports and exports. * Review and record logistics supplier invoices. * Support standardization of processes and documentation within the department. * Collaborate on special projects. **What do you gain by joining us?** ️**Team** You’ll join a project with a balanced team of young talent and solid experience.
