Our offering is built upon over a century of innovation, delivering solutions that combine **energy efficiency, sustainability, and comfort**, for both new construction and modernization of existing facilities. **What Will Be Your Role?** ---------------------- You will join the technical team performing fieldwork on HVAC installations, participating in **installation, commissioning, maintenance, and project execution** across large buildings and critical infrastructure, under the coordination of Team Leaders and Managers. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** ---------------------------------------- * **Installation and commissioning** of HVAC systems, ensuring correct operation from the initial phase. * **Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance** at customer sites, including routine inspections, fault diagnosis, and incident resolution. * **On-site technical support (O\&M)**, collaborating in equipment operation and maintenance as needed. * **Participation in new installation projects**, providing on-site support and ensuring proper technical implementation of solutions. * **Optimization of system performance**, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality standards, and warranty conditions. * **Basic troubleshooting** under supervision, applying technical knowledge of HVAC equipment. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** ---------------------------- * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in **Electricity, Electronics, Mechanics, or related fields**. * Minimum **2–4 years** of experience in similar roles within the HVAC sector. * Technical knowledge of **climate control installations and equipment maintenance**. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (**minimum 60 hours – Preventive Resource**). * Additional risk prevention training is desirable. * Proficiency with IT tools (Office, etc.). * Availability for **travel** within the assigned area and for **on-call duties**. **What Do We Offer?** Johnson Controls offers an attractive compensation package aligned with your qualifications and experience.
