Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage HVAC, heating, ventilation, and aerothermal projects, coordinating teams and ensuring both technical and economic execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of thermal installation projects 2. Coordination of teams and subcontractors 3. Client and supplier relations This position is offered for managing HVAC, heating, ventilation, and aerothermal construction projects in Binéfar (Huesca). The contract is permanent, with morning and afternoon office hours and flexible scheduling during site visits and installations. The annual gross salary ranges between 28\.000 and 32\.000 euros, depending on incentives, and includes a company vehicle and continuous training. Main responsibilities include technical and economic project management, coordination of teams and subcontractors, execution monitoring, schedule and cost control, supervision of installation and commissioning, client and supplier relations, preparation of technical documentation, and resolution of on-site issues. A minimum of 18–24 months’ experience in similar roles is required, along with a technical engineering or technical architecture degree, or training in thermal and HVAC installations, as well as proficiency in office software, email, and technical management and budgeting tools.
