Key responsibilities in service optimization and customer management A restaurant group located in the Barrio de Las Letras, with over thirty years of history, is looking for an experienced Hostess to expand its dining room team, offering opportunities for internal career growth and job stability, for part-time and/or full-time positions. \- Experience in Food & Beverage and Hospitality will be valued. \- Excellent attitude and friendliness toward customers in a high-volume work environment. \- Dynamic and proactive individuals. \- High level of English; additional languages are a plus. **We offer:** \- Permanent full-time contract \- Positive work environment \- Job stability \- Competitive salary between 14\.000€ \- 22\.0000 € \- Rotating shifts \- SPLIT AND CONTINUOUS SHIFTS \- MAXIMUM 30 MINUTES FROM THE SUN. \- Opportunity to be part of a continuously growing project with an outstanding clientele. \- Opportunities for career advancement within the team, based on merit. **Minimum Requirements:** \- Prior experience in this role (minimum 1 year). \- Fluent English (minimum B2\-C1 level); additional languages are a plus. \- Excellent appearance and communication skills. \- Organized, solution-oriented, and customer-focused individual. \- Experience with reservation systems (e.g., Restoo) is preferred. \- Rotating shifts \- SPLIT AND CONTINUOUS SHIFTS \- MAXIMUM 30 MINUTES FROM THE SUN. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Manage customer flow in and out to optimize service. \- Handle reservations and shift coordination (phone, email, online platforms). \- Greet customers and escort them to their tables courteously and efficiently. \- Address inquiries and provide information regarding group and corporate bookings. \- Manage a high volume of emails and phone calls. \- Support the dining room team as needed. \- Maintain a consistently immaculate and welcoming entrance area.
